it’s so simple and there are so many different options of what kind of cucumber salad to make. it is one of my go-to ways to eat veggies. or i just eat a can of green beans with salt lol my usual is salt, pepper, soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, gochujang, sesame oil and garlic (jar or power depending on what i have). everything to taste!! it’s so delish.
Literally the most delicious thing ever and super easy to make and customize. You can also throw it over rice, add chicken, add onion, add a fried or soft boiled egg on the side. The options are endless. It’s just chop the cucumber and add the ingredients for the sauce. There are hundreds of recipes online
Sometimes you feel wistful and bored but then you look at the flowers you bought that are sitting on your desk and it cheers you up and I think that’s really lovely. I bought pink carnations and pink tulips :)
random, but I think jellyfish might be my favorite animal. they’re the only thing I wanna see when I visit the aquarium and I like how there’s all kind of different shapes, colors, and sizes. I think in my last life I was probably a jellyfish but who knows for sure?
