Moin at ica london

my partner introduced me to Moin. this band is perfect. drummer is genius. after a couple months of mostly electronic music listening, seeing moin live resurrected some deeply dormant punk spirit within me. I had to jot this down in my notes mid show: "rock and techno toe the line of pain and pleasure from opposite sides" left feeling like I witnessed history, revived, I love music bruh

we run in the same circles @ uni & i’ve seen him perform a couple times & it is Always spectacular. saw him @ the powerhouse museum in november & wooooowww.……… really atmospheric & mellow but still takes u on a massive journey

Here's to hoping he NEVER sees this. I just saw him live and HOLY SHIT It was like *theeee* atmosphere! We had rain going down. I had my umbrella, so the rain was making the *perfect* pitter-patter. I liked the other bands, don't get me wrong, but being like a part of the 5 that made it for his set out in that weather… WOW, I don't think that will be forgettable anytime soon. I must add, this was my first live park show fiasco thing, a bit of bias on my end but, god-damn, it was awesome. AND THE VIEW AUGH HGH HG also completely blew it trying to be cool and act like I wasn't freaking out about how cool it is that he PLAYS TWO INSTRUMENTS AT A TIME in his DMS, so I'm just gonna go over here and die now Okay, I am gonna stop being so annoying, and give you guys the damn link now Owen Keller:https://soundcloud.com/owen-keller-790377968

I used to think I was lonely but then I accepted that it was actually me who didn't want to connect with people

You can find connection with anyone on the street, but the people I actually want to connect with are exceedingly rare. I think it's better to just accept it if you are someone with very specific needs and tastes rather than torturing yourself over the fact that you feel alienated and alone. It also makes it more special when there's someone I truly connect with.
