It’s been helpful for me to sleep 10-6 every night. I also have a light that supposedly simulates the light of sunrise so I don’t wake up in a dark room. Avoiding snoozing can be difficult! I use iPhone shortcuts to wake up to a different album each day of the week. I notice time passing as the songs change. And have a second alarm to wake me up 20 minutes later in case I doze. Getting out of bed and moving, stretching, walking around for a few minutes, wakes me up, too. I am not perfect at getting up, but these things do help!
