Peruvian Nikkei food which is a mashbup of Japanese and Peruvian cuisine due to the Japanese population there. Incredible ceviche with super exciting flavors and nothing on the menu was over $20. Staff was super friendly too, and the chef is Peruvian himself.
The last time I felt this stoked about how yummy the food was at a restaurant, I was in CDMX. Majorly recommend for anyone in the LA area.
