I have many, but this is my comfort film of choice atm. It sort of sits apart from others of its teen genre at the time I think - funnier, less cheesy. All the side characters are great and the love interest is both an actually good person and not the whole point of the film.

Probably my favorite film. Love this flick, just a princess trying to catch a vibe for a little bit. Could watch it at any time of the day, never fails to make me laugh and go “aw they cute”

Pride and Prejudice - I like things that have a very “low-stakes” amount of drama, where no one dies, nothing majorly bad happens, etc. I love the soundtrack too, I find it very relaxing.
Once - this is more of a bittersweet comfort movie but in the best way. Soundtrack also really great.
When Harry Met Sally - cozy autumnal comfort, like drinking a pumpkin spice latte and not giving any fucks about who is calling you basic. The soundtrack is almost like its own character.
Stepbrothers - really dumb rec, but when you just want to watch something incredibly stupid, this is my go to.

Anne with an E - I love this series for the setting. Makes me want to give up everything to live in a farmhouse with very little possessions and no phones.

Literally the platonic ideal of the rom com. It’s a bit of a satire a bit of the real thing, nice bright colors and Ewan McGregor. None of the sad hysteria of the rom coms from that era, thankfully 💕 quite the opposite
