ive been to my first yoga class this week so im pretty new. i love when the teacher says the name of the pose. like now we are doing the cow pose, the dog pose, the child pose, the tree… i remember when i was a kid and liked imitating things. yes i am a cow, i am a dog, i am a child and a tree.
i also love when the teacher plays the guitar or some instrument. i love the breathing exercises.
