So I make best use of them, with big steps that I take pleasure in. long fast automatic strides, my body is a car to me. I have been told it looks sort of like a silly strut And that I bob up and down when I walk but I don’t mind so much. It feels good to me and it gets me where I need to go.

I wouldn’t say I have a great relationship with my body buy it used to be worse! I’m tall for a woman (5’10”) so I’ve always felt a little out of step with normal beauty standards. As I get older that feels like more and more of a blessing.
I love my body, I love that I’m different and get to have a little fun wearing men’s clothes and shoes because they fit me better sometimes. Embrace what’s outside the norm about your body.

I’m a bulky guy, I have these really broad shoulders, so whenever I walk I feel like I look like a rock that has just become sentient. My girl told me once that I walk like I’m a big guy. I’m like medium height but she said I carry myself like I’m 7 feet. I have no idea what that means or if that’s a good thing but I wish I could see myself walking from someones point of view.
