Iβll never fully give up morning showers but physically, mentally, and emotionally a shower before bedtime is incredible. After a rough day, after a great movie, after a full day of walking around, after the bar, after yoga, after smoking a joint, after dancing all night, after a long drive. I am taking a shower to process it and get ready for a big sleep. The pillow case just feels different.
