it's always warm and inviting and the owners/people working the till are always happy to speak to you about life and the music they've got and love. i went to pure vinyl in brixton today, they let you play the records that are already opened. the lady who runs it chatted with me for a bit and gave me an album recommendation for all things reggae and promised to give me more songs once i had listened. she also gave me advice on buying sound systems. plus they have an open decks thing on thursdays were people can come in with their own music and play. just an all round cool place.

do yourself a favor and strike up a conversation with that old white guy that runs your local record store,, they will give you the best albums to listen to and it's so validating when they compliment your music taste ๐โโ๏ธ

Absolutely LOVE this store. They have a billion different cds, dvds, vinyls, literally anything! The staff is also so so nice and so cool. Iโd go there just to browse like a library๐คญ
