On YouTube!! Normally I kinda just do a workout video and don’t care abt the person teaching but her vibe is soooo good and there’s a wide range of videos to choose from (beginner, intermediate, etc etc etc)
i just started doing mat pilates, and i understand the hype. i feel incredibly energized and bendy. there‘s truly an extra pep in my step because my core is strengthening. it’s good for my brain.
i recently started doing pilates at home along with physiotherapy to help with my jelly muscles and it’s been helping a lot! you don’t need to get new clothes or a specific drink just to take care of yourself!
