sesame paste, peanut butter (optional but it adds a nice sweet edge), soy sauce, freshly grinded garlic (as much as you'd like) mix with a little hot oil or hot noodle water (from boiling noodles). Chilli is optional too. That's the noodle sauce.
Mix in boiled noodles.
Serve with chilled sliced cucumbers or other crunchy veggies of choice (carrots, beansprouts etc.)
EDIT: Adding in a link to a legit recipe, but once you get your sauce base down, you can experiment with adding/removing components.

🥘
Peanut curry noodle situation: One pan with onions, garlic, curry powder, peanut butter, coconut milk, soy sauce, sriracha, and a vegetable of choice + ramen noodles. Maybe sesame oil too. Green onion garnish.
OR
Vodka sauce pasta situation (w/ no vodka, aka not vodka sauce): One pan with onion, garlic, crushed red pepper, tomato paste, coconut milk, and a vegetable of choice + noodle of choice.
Extra salt on both if we're getting really "comfort food".

pack ramen kinda sucks,, i‘ve been making this instead and it rocks sooo much harder. its also EXTREMELY easy, takes maybe 10 minutes of prep.
2 packs of ramen 1 thinly sliced scallion 2 tablespoons thai chili sauce 3 tablespoons soy sauce 1 tablespoon sesame oil 1/4th tsp of garlic powder red pepper flakes
mix all the liquid ingredients and the garlic powder in a bowl, toss the unseasoned ramen in the sauce, garnish with scallions, and add red pepper flakes to taste. sooooo good. so easy. love you all!

This is what I call it hahahah made by mums everywhere but the greased up version is sold along stalls in Mumbai. Two regular slices of white bread, buttered, and the middle filling is cream cheese with red onions, coriander/cilantro, tomatoes and some minced chillis. All veggies chopped mini cube size so they blend with the cheese. Toasted crispy.
