Checking off things on my summer bucket list, like go to the neighborhood wading pool, bike around a lake, only eat on patios at restaurants, eating ice cream.
Made my list of scary movies to watch in October (I’ll share closer to the month). My husband and I watch one every night in Shocktober 🎃
Like another FYIer in this thread, I’ve been mending a little. Took a workshop To learn some hand sewing techniques, and now I finally know how to end a stitch!

I loveeee making lists in late summer for autumn. Films and tv to watch and spooky games to play. I have such a love/hate relationship with autumn the ritual of preparing is always needed!

trixietea I also really love it, I love halloween and the colour of the trees and everything, but it also has often marked my decline into seasonal depression, and October also holds the anniversary of a big death in my life. So it’s always a weird mix of emotions for me

Underrated because this teaches you that sometimes relationships won’t work for reasons that have nothing to do with you. Keep it moving

I love it, even with the repetition and exhaustion. Unexpected benefit: losing sense of time. Every task, from feeding to putting her to sleep, takes as long as it takes. I’m not trying to control time or “be productive” in the same way I did pre-baby.
