Ins: in-studio yoga and freshly baked bread every day, getting to know my neighbors, wearing sunglasses everywhere I go indoors and outdoors, midi dresses and bare legs, linen shorts, bold dimensional red hair, laying down in the grass, grilling, boho free spirit vibes, big scarves worn around my arms and exposing my shoulders like a shawl, refinishing furniture, cross-ventilation, hosting visiting friends, long baths (should be a perennial in but I’ve been deprived so it starts soon), living laughing and loving Outs: at-home yoga, dresses with tights, avoiding my yuppie neighbors like I’m in Mission Impossible, actually yuppies just in general, strawberry blonde hair with subtle redder accents, emotional rigidity, winter hygge

summer ins & outs

IN: sunning, daily walks with my dog, trying new recipes, hosting get-togethers with friends, learning piano, more art, journaling, short hair, painted nails, routines OUT: doom-scrolling on social media (looking at you tiktok), hibernating in my room, procrastination, picking at my skin, spending too much $$$, sweating excessively for no reason

Noticing a dialogue between two recs on pi

One of the things I like the most about Pi.fyi and the current scale of users is that it's still noticeable when a rec was inspired by another. Sometimes the rec directly mentions the other, but other times you can kinda assume that reading an especific thing here triggered a memory or an ideia. It's very cute and interesting to notice the small influences interacting with other humans online can have.

DON'T GO TO SLEEP WITH DISHES IN THE SINK

I know there are days when you are so tired, or maybe you made a big meal for friends and family or you spent the afternoon meal prepping and now you have to clean like five pots and a tray, but be brave!!! (my inner monologue) Don't force your future self to wake up to a bunch of dirty dishes. It will keep your mind full because you will be constantly reminding yourself to clean that up.
