Sous vide steak at home

Got a tool to sous vide at home during lockdown and need more excuses to use it. Made little filet mignons (from Aldi 🤙) and am still learning how to sear on my cast iron skillet. Made the plate extra colorful with roasted potatoes and carrots and a big helping of Italian green peas.

Talk to yourself like someone you love

If the voice in your head is being too mean ask it if it would talk to someone you love this way. My internal monologue can be a 💩 and this sometimes can help it be more constructive
