Got a tool to sous vide at home during lockdown and need more excuses to use it. Made little filet mignons (from Aldi ๐ค) and am still learning how to sear on my cast iron skillet. Made the plate extra colorful with roasted potatoes and carrots and a big helping of Italian green peas.
