"goodbye" and "farewell" started as "god be with ye" and "fare thee well" respectively and i think we gotta return to sharing explicit well-wishings before departing as opposed to just being like "later." you can even include the implied "-of yourself." less ominous than "stay safe" but with a similar posture. also a fan of "be well."
stretching daily is, to me, where simply surviving ends and LIVING begins. I’m bad at being good about it, but I’m currently making a real effort to do it every single day.
