passion and enthusiasm is wayyyyy cooler than apathy. so if your passionate about something don't let anyone make you feel like it's lame because everything that is now deemed "cool" had to have early adopters like you :)
being traditionally cool is really quite boring and iterative, and itโs actually very cool and sexy to geek out about something you like or share bits of knowledge on a topic youโre passionate about
does anyone remember these little things? came across one recently when i was clearing out some junk. used to get sooooooo hype about these cuz they felt so high tech at the time. made me really appreciative of how easy it is to listen to music now on the go :)
