you should probably be eating less than you are right now. food is poison, itโ€™s basically crackrock and heroin. especially sugar.

not only does my blood sugar remain steady through my workout, but I trick my animal brain to associate the gym with sugary sweetness, which noticeably lowers my motivation barrier! thank you pavlov the dog for your hard work
