watching HORRIBLE cringy teen romance movies from 2010s

it all started with my friend making me watch my life with the walter boys and then coercing me into watching to all the boys i’ve loved before AND THEN KISSING BOOTH. don’t get me wrong i hated every second of it but i couldn’t stop. and last night. I watched love simon for the first time… why did that movie get so much hype…

HE'S JUST NOT THAT INTO YOU (2009)

i like to watch this movie every six months or so as a reminder to stop obsessing over people who are clearly not interested in you (me: guilty) its from 2009 so it did not age perfectly and its super heteronormative ofc but regardless, a story i need to hear

does anyone remember these little things? came across one recently when i was clearing out some junk. used to get sooooooo hype about these cuz they felt so high tech at the time. made me really appreciative of how easy it is to listen to music now on the go :)
