Ok so this a comedy but it is truly Weird and you might be into it… It’s an absurdist parody of a self-important 80s horror author who finally gets to air his “lost masterpiece”, Garth Marenghi’s Darkplace. It includes interludes of commentary from Garth and the producer. You can watch all six episodes (wish there were more!!!) on YouTube. I linked the first one. Great special effects as well.
IMO it’s very difficult to make things bad on purpose but they succeed tenfold… it’s so funny
