gillian flynn books

gillian flynn is one of my favorite authors i would mostly recommend the books dark places out of the books i’ve read by her it has to be one of the best. if you want a less long book definitely sharp objects

Sharp objects

Both the Gillian Flynn book and the tv show with Amy Adams. I watched the show first and was absolutely entranced. Then I read the book, and even though I knew the ending I couldn’t put it down.
“It follows Camille Preaker (portrayed by Adams), an emotionally troubled reporter who returns to her hometown to cover the murders of two young girls.”

pretty much the same reason sasha said. i’m a huge fan of the saying “ignorance is bliss” for this exact reason. what i don’t know can’t hurt me. i’m not saying i’m dumb, but i’d definitely prefer to just not know some things!
