I don’t follow baseball but have some /historical knowledge — wtf is going on with those Philly jerseys?? 😮 ditched the classic??
solomonki oh god, yeah. So they still rock the classic red pinstripes as their standard home jersey, but Nike (the now league-wide jersey designer) introduced a special line for every team called the City Connect jersey. The Phils wear them every Friday home game, so only a handful of times out of the season. It’s pretty ugly, a little less so in-person, but certainly confusing to anyone not in the know
