so peaceful and soft. it’s a sign of life. it’s the feeling of being held. it’s a crowd of people awaiting the same fate. it’s rigid and uneven, reactionary and gentle.
you are never too young to start wearing orthotics. i tried my first pair of vionics this year - and all of a sudden my knees and hips felt aligned, and relieved? my posture immediately improved?? i am more relaxed!!!
especially if it’s local and in your face everyday- integrate those energies & see what happens. maybe you’ll flip out maybe it’s mundane maybe it’s cool but you’ll never do it again
