pigeons are cute and chubby and have beautiful iridescent coats. they remind me of my cats. incredible that we are surrounded by these creatures. there is one sitting next to me on a park bench that took my breath away.
you are never too young to start wearing orthotics. i tried my first pair of vionics this year - and all of a sudden my knees and hips felt aligned, and relieved? my posture immediately improved?? i am more relaxed!!!
especially if itβs local and in your face everyday- integrate those energies & see what happens. maybe youβll flip out maybe itβs mundane maybe itβs cool but youβll never do it again
