The way this film has impacted me is going to make me write an essay about it at some point. I can’t believe it didn’t get any attention when it came out. There’s something so special about it. Maybe it is the music that did this to me!? You just have to watch it and then hit me up. I could actually talk about it for an hour. The last movie I saw that made me feel this way was “Lion” with Dev Patel and that was years ago.
I fantasize about moving somewhere different every 3 months and it’s her turn now. There’s a 17 million dollar home on some cliff out in Maine and I dream of living there specifically :)
(Madonna in a Fur Coat by Sabahattin Ali) I read this book at my social sciences high school in Turkey and to this day it is my favorite book. I’ve never teared up at the end of a book before or after this one actually. I need to reread it - it was so touching ugh.
