Rec'd on 💸 what to do when financially stressed?

85% of this community is ran on daddy/tech money

I am not. Easiest way is to train your brain to think “this item will cost me x amount of hours at the rock rolling factory”
If you don’t have a job get one. if you can’t work for whatever reason find cheap or free hobbies to occupy your time and that will keep you from spending money and probably create an outlet.

dontluqatmeI’m being sarcastic but it’s a NYC centric community and financially it’s nearly impossible to live there unless you‘re getting parental help, work in tech, or are splitting rent with 5 other people and glorifying your life online

40-60 year old people get laid off daily after 15+ years in an industry and have to restart. You’re too young to even know life’s all about restarting and it’s all relative.
