heard this place had some of the best tex mex in the city and it lived up to the hype. shiner boch queso, the maragarita, and carne guisaido were highlights
i recommend eating the bugs (sparingly) Chapulines on top of guacamole (barebones salt lime and avocado) with cotija and pepitas… I felt like I was channeling ancestral power Ant brittle is not good. Worm salt is good with mezcal and oranges
