and thatās okay! if youāre proud of your work, share it. it will connect with some people and not with others. Iāve had to deal with that uncertainty when my band has put out music. It sucks when some people donāt respond favorably, but itās impossible to please everyone. At the end of the day, if youāre happy with what you created, thatās the most important thing.

So many emotions. So much vulnerability put out into the world to share with others.
Fear of being seenā¦ judgement.
Sometimes itās totally miserable and itās hard to believe that someone else could enjoy or relate to that feeling and that music.
But, I have to remember that one persons pain is anotherās pleasure in some strange way and that we all need to be sad and embrace that feeling sometimes.
Being a songwriter is about being able to say or convey feelings and experiences in a way that someone knew they felt, but couldnāt express! Itās about connection and letting others knew they are not alone.
Iāve always loved hearing a song and thinking āthatās exactly how I feel! I couldnāt have put those words and that imagery together better myselfā! Itās amazing when we can hop on someone elseās frequency and their emotional-visual experience.
