Tomato SANDWICHES

I know this is a ~seasonal~ summer thing oops but hits for me year round
My easy delish recipe
1. Grab a fancy looking tomato from the fancy grocery store 2. Toast 2 slices sourdough so they’re crispy (this is ur only texture so make it count) and then spread with kewpie mayo 3. Cut tomato into thick slices, pat dry, then season with salt and pepper and chives if you have, assemble

fancy tomato sandwich

get some nice sourdough, some nice heirloom tomatoes, maybe make your own mayo and add some fresh herbs, add a textural element like toasted buckwheat or sunflower seeds (or bacon for the BLT route!) i think it would be easy, cute, fresh, and charmingly seasonal!
