Getting a colonic.

I’m not a health expert, just a girl who works out in matching sets for show and frequents the farmers market every Saturday. I am a performer at best. But getting a set of colonics a few times a year has made me a new woman. I’m from Los Angeles which means I am not well up in my noggin, but my body is a “temple.” I feel less bloated and less bitchy. I feel lighter and less evil.
