Iâm not a health expert, just a girl who works out in matching sets for show and frequents the farmers market every Saturday. I am a performer at best. But getting a set of colonics a few times a year has made me a new woman. Iâm from Los Angeles which means I am not well up in my noggin, but my body is a âtemple.â I feel less bloated and less bitchy. I feel lighter and less evil. If youâre in LA, this is who I both my mom and I go to.

đ»Most of my apartment and my clothes are vintage or used. I am not trying to sound holier than thou, but if youâre impressed I will take it. Some of the best pieces in my apartment and my most worn items all come from Craigslist, Poshamrk, or my favorite resale site, Noihsaf Bazaar (donât even bother trying to sound out the name itâs just âfashionâ backwards). Itâs the first place I check when I see something I like and want to find a used (and less costly!) alternative. I am a Taurus so if Iâm going to do anything itâs add to cart. But I try to do so as ethically as possible!!!
