I show up later than my coworkers / leave earlier and do it confidently. As long as you're crushing it??? NO NEED TO BE FEARFUL. I have some coworkers who text me asking 'Do you think it's ok to leave early...' - I mean, if you get your stuff done? And do it well? LEAVE WITH PEACE.

I was at the office late (working on personal projects and waiting for traffic to cool down) and my boss noticed on his way out. He pointedly told me to go home so our new VP wouldn’t come to expect me to be in the office late.
