i have been pushing back on making this (cuz im lazy) and i finally did it and it was worth it. forgot the bamboo shoots though, and i couldn’t find shiitake and snow peas so i used wood ear mushrooms and shelled edamame

Emily marikos famous salmon and avOcado rice bowl!

This rice bowl was one of the first things I learned how to make when I first learned how to make more meals for myself and it so so hard to fuck up!! honestly so delish and easy. the recipe I linked also adds kimchi which I’ve never added to it before but cookings an adventure so do whatever!!

weather's slowly getting warmer in tokyo so went on a walk around shakujii park in the nerima district! a little sad cherry blossom season's coming to an end but hopefully i'll be around next year to see it again :) fav places to walk around?

Tiny diy crafts from botw

Came across this video by Crossing Crafts on YT of them recreating the dye shop from breath of the wild, and I don’t know why but I’ve been.. obsessed..?? The attention to detail, the calming nature of crafts, but also the insanity that comes from such a demanding activity?? Been watching it every day for the past week for some reason lol.
