bike from amsterdam to Zaanse Schans
Rent a bike/take a city bike (I used Donkey Republic which had mounts for your phone, extremely useful for directions) and spend a day trekking out to see the windmills in Zaanse Schans. The ride is a very fun experience in itself, and the town is so cool to see. Recommend going earlier in the day as the shops there close a bit earlier!

Riding a bike by the beach
The air smells great and the views are beautiful. Doesnโ€™t matter whether itโ€™s a perfect sunny day or really overcast. Do It on your own or with friends or as a date. Stop at cool shops/places along the way.
Some people like to go fast but I prefer to go kinda slow and take everything in. youโ€™ll definitely need a nice beverage in your cup holder like a coffee or a kombucha. My European friend really recommends drinking radlers, which are like lagers mixed with lemonade.

cool korean fusion bar right near landsdowne station, super accessible by transit. normally not the biggest fan of fusion restaurants but this place is so good. also great vibes and the drinks are solid.
