Sometimes I like to just throw things at the wall and see what sticks, especially when it comes to Photoshop. Got a thing for spirals and old-web imagery atm
no cohesive theme, no stress, just having ur thoughts flow. screenshots mixed with personal photographs, stuff saved from archival internet pages… all jumbled up together to depict what goes on in my brain sometimes
i be sprinkling them all over my little digital design ventures like seasoning. u never lose the 16 year old inside of you tho bc i will look at them for hours trying to find just the right pics to align with my “theme” at the moment. but it’s so fun hunting for just the right thing. (tumblr is also where i source the cover art for all my playlists).
There is a gasp-inducing shot at least once every minute for the entire runtime. Crazy that this was made almost entirely in a studio, you'd never know it.
Almost like a personal dictionary. Whether it's for words you just learned or ones you just really like. Here are some recents from mine:
Lugubrious - looking or sounding sad or dismal.
Lilt - a characteristic rising and falling of the voice when speaking; a pleasant and gentle accent.
Bedraggled - limp and soiled, as with rain or dirt.
Celestial- belonging or relating to heaven/the stars.
Salubrious - health-giving or (of a place) pleasant
Mercurial - subject to sudden or unpredictable changes of mood or mind.
Cophosis - deafness.
Ignicolist - fire worshipper.
