life has ups and downs and upheavals and I decided recently I would be 100% sober - itās now day 3 and it feels uncomfy albeit serene to become familiar with every single emotion Iāve felt/havenāt felt yet Comparable to: new and old friends reuniting/meeting for the first time and watching it all happen while you smile and let your giddiness take the wheel (first itās panic but then excitement, itās always the excitement that comes later)
this app has singlehandedly helped me get off my phone bc it forces you to take a deep breath before you go on whatever app you wanna restrict and then asks if you really wanna do thatā¦ (I donāt)
