This period combo is life changing. I never worry about staining anything or running out or overflowing. I never have that horrible sensation of a tampon like sliding out of your body. You can swim! The OG mooncup is the best imo, and I’ve linked the pants I use that aren’t a million quid.

I also use a cup but it’s so convenient to have a built in security pad on heavy flow days without dealing with the bulk of a pad! It additionally rocks to not have to worry about anything on that last day when you aren’t sure if the period is over all the way or not. Sustainable uterus-havers stay winning *edit: I use the Period. brand ones
