🫂idk abt u but being nice makes me feel better!!!! tell that random stranger you like their fit or jewelry or that you noticed they have a pretty smile! tell ur friends what u appreciate abt them!!!! being nice is cool!!!! like it is so ingrained in my life i don't even keep track anymore but it is a great little goal to keep in order to stop feeling sad or self-deprecating and in general just idk bring more positivity and good vibes into the world :)

🐈stretching daily is, to me, where simply surviving ends and LIVING begins. I’m bad at being good about it, but I’m currently making a real effort to do it every single day.
