Basque burnt cheesecake
As a girl who has eaten cheesecake religiously as her birthday cake for 25 years in a row,,,, this is better than any other. And easier to make.

Fellow girl being Part of this demographic 🫡 was my birthday few days ago and this morning I had the last leftover Japanese cheesecake, which was bomb. keeping in mind the basque burnt one for next year, thx for the rec 💌

saintadele omg cheesecake aries sisters….. I do love a Japanese cheesecake, this one is like the entire polar opposite to that, and equally good. Where Japanese cheesecake is airy and delicate, this one feels grounded and earthy. very dense and rich

sofe had one in barcelona, completely blew my mind but they’ve been extinct since, so blessed ur recipe. but was where they served me those divine little deep fried cheesecake balls, will need to investigate those too… there’s a lot in agenda of a girl who love cheesecake🫠
