Salt reduces the bitterness of coffee and draws out its natural sweetness but also just kinda elevates the overall experience if you’re a salt freak like me. Add it to your grounds before brewing, sprinkle it on as a garnish or best yet, add to your milk of choice before frothing (with equal parts sweetener) for a sweet n salty foam.

when you make ur coffee put a little itty bitty pinch of salt and anything else your heart desires. It brings out all the goodness flavors idk what the science is, I’m no coffee expert. But it is FIRE. The best best is if you then pour over ice, a little oat milk, a little cinnamon, a little vanilla MWAH

Lately, my home coffee is half cold brew, half whole milk, a bit of maple syrup, and a generous pinch of salt. Make sure to stir or preferably shake well.

everyone does sweets with coffee but very salty food like cured meats or pickles with coffee is also delicious. the salt makes the coffee taste less bitter
