There is no quality a person can possess that is more vital than the ability to have an uncomfortable conversation. Too many people these days take the easy route of ignoring- whether it be with dating, business or friends. However, I firmly believe it is our responsibility to be honest, direct and compassionate with the people in our lives- no matter how uncomfortable or inconveniencing.
