getting rid of stuff is a lot more complicated than acquiring it. better to practice austerity on the front-end imo. this goes for anything, btw, not just new clothes or whatever. i also apply this mindset to friends, diseases, habits, sins, beliefs.......

Getting rid of all of your clothes , not just some , between half and all . The dresses you never wear that would look good on someone more feminine than you . Cool-ish dressy clothes being saved for a fancy event that will never happen . Begone ! Start anew with only the gorgeous and realistic necessities

Frying cured meats

Prosciutto, salami, etc. started in a cold pan and left to crisp and render their fat. They shrink up and become crispy and delicate and cheek-puckering in their salinity. Highly recommend accompanying with toasted bread and an over easy egg fried in the oils in the pan.

Stomp your feet, hammer stuff on the floor, run around, engage in rhythmic thumping.

This is not my recommendation but actually that of my upstairs neighbours who love to do this all day, everyday, for long stretches at a time.
