just saw it at the Alamo and it is truly unbelievable
I’ve seen time bandits and Brazil but this is probably my favorite terry gilliam yet
It’s just so weird and different than anything I’ve ever seen and I’ll always be grateful that there are people (not me) who can create the most wonderful things I’ve ever seen
also I’ve said it before but seeing second run movies in theaters is up there with the best things that life has to offer
Anymore whimsical/fantastical sci-fi (not really sure what genre this movie is exactly) would be greatly appreciated

Recently saw this at a movie club with 100 other people and everyone couldn’t stop laughing. Amazing experience. I was crying.

this is one of the greatest movies ever made
it has elements of a ton of other genres but I would say it is still very very funny
also after watching it rewatch it with the criterion commentary because it is genuinely unbelievable how it was made and how everything about it came to be

Peaches, plums, nectarines, cherries, etc.
It’s mind blowing that something so nice can be naturally occurring
Just beautiful fruits (look at these plums) and just so delicious even when they’re not technically in season
I could (and do) eat five peaches a day
Also peach cobbler! Haven’t heard of it but need to try plum cobbler I feel like that’d be crazy

I got a humidifier at target cause it’s getting dry and that’s something I would typically overlook but for some reason I remembered the spongebob humidifier my parents used to always put in my room and I thought about how many things just for like comfort or health that I stopped doing that were just like everyday things my parents did when I was a kid

for the most part every movie I see, book I read, meal I eat, album I listen to, place I travel to is the greatest thing I’ve ever experienced
(Maybe it just means I’m easy to please but I don’t mind because it leads to many enjoyable experiences!)
