my favourite cheese. it’s tangy & sweet & looks like a wrinkly little brain. mostly firm but has amazing oozy bits just beneath the rind. soooo delicious wrapped in a sage leaf & drizzled in honey <3333 or with some fresh fig!!!!

cabot seriously sharp cheddar
10/10 best snacking cheese. It’s different every time you get it because it’s just all of the extra sharp cheddar that was too sharp and funky to be included. And I love it for that.
