Fallout New Vegas Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom Red Dead Redemption 1 & 2 The Outer Worlds Disco Elysium All are like novels (of varying quality) or something wholly new. And worth the gajillions of hours they take. Also Saints Row 3. not for the easily offended (if you want to like video games you have to ignore the misogyny) but obnoxiously fun.

Alice Madness Returns - first played it in my first year of uni at 18 and it became my whole personality, recently replayed it and it basically happened again. The Cosmic Wheel Sisterhood - a recent play and the game that has me considering becoming a game writer Death’s Door - dark souls for cutie pies. i just find this endlessly repayable because the controls feel so nice for me. Also the first ā€œhard gameā€ I played that convinced me ā€œhard gamesā€ aren’t out of my ability. Final Fantasy X - the first ā€œreal gameā€ I played on my ps2 when I was like 10. my friends used to make fun of me for not going out to play after school because I was doing anotber ffx replay. Shout out to the spyro trilogy and Spiritfarer - the endlessly replayable basis for my favourite kind of gameplay, and the first game to make me cry, respectively.

New Vegas was truly a work of art with the storytelling and the DLCā€˜s. So much freedom. I’ve put well over 1,000 hours into Fallout 4, even now I have a super modded save I play from time to time. In case you’re wondering, yes, I did like the show.

everyone can wait until it's my time to check the app. if we're friends, you can text. Call it childfree elder millennial privilege. nothing an app can say to me -- work apps included -- is all that important. Nothing deserves immediate response.
