They say that good things come in three and certainly I can attest to that with my potato carrot and pea broth. No longer brothless in the BURGH my food for thought has been nibbled at !!!!!!

I could forever eat an amalgamation of vegetables, meats, carbs and lentils boiled in an umami rich broth. Just thinking about it makes me happy!
I make a broth out of water, vegeta seasoning, a dash of turmeric, black pepper, a pinch of ginger and one whisked egg yolk. Lots of yummy goodness to help feel better!
