v haunting and infused w esoteric themes
A grotesque and brilliant collection of short stories. a good mix of sci-fi, spec fic, body horror and comedy. Clarkeās writing feels so visceral, she manages to make such surreal worlds feel very real.
completely obsessed w verdiās 1851 opera about a court jester and a curse. itās based on a victor hugo play. the 1981 production w pavarotti slaps. pavarotti unmatched. fav song is āAh! veglia o donna questo fiorā which is when rigoletto tells his daughter not to fuck
