access to quality healthcare with insurance (my family doctor in Quebec died and I was put on a years long waiting list, needed difficult to get referrals for everything, couldn’t afford medications on provincial drug plan), bigger job market, higher salaries, cheaper alcohol, better sushi, better and cheaper selection in drugstores. A very different place to live materially

but class is more stratified, cities are still very racially segregated, consumer debt is anecdotally worse, student and medical debt is worse, violence and crime manifests differently in surprising ways

Americas very diverse not only in population but also geographically. You could spend your entire life in the north east and 10 states will have at least something above average or at least acceptable in terms of food, people, geography, transportation, and seasons.
