GOING TO THE MOMA AND NOTICING THE PEOPLE AND NOT THE ART

I recently visited the Museum of Modern Art in New York City. I’ve been before and I do enjoy many artists and artworks displayed, though this time I was eyeing something else. Humans in the Isle of Manhattan are always a specific type of special, but when showing up and spending their hard-earned money on a museum ticket; theres visual magic. I spent this trip in and around the MoMA taking photos of the people/scenes I thought needed to be captured.

went twice to a MUSEUM within a week

went to the Thyssen Museum in Madrid twice this week the first time i went alone cause i wanted to see a cool temporary exhibition and the second time, i went with a friend from uni. she invited me to see the same exhibition id seen last day but i accepted cause i felt bad if she’d gone alone. so i saw the same paintings twice. it was great to see it again and to see things i missed the first time but it got a bit boring tbh. then we went and saw the permanent collection, which i had seen already 3 times at least, but she didn’t, so i accompanied her. lastly and thankfully, we saw some new pieces that were exhibited that i hadn’t seen before so at least that’s that. by reading this you can tell i wasn’t planning on going twice to this museum but i couldn’t say no to her really and i had nothing better to do anyways.

i think it was david lynch who said he's only lost 2 good ideas in his life and it's because he didn't write them down i have lots of ideas and forget everything so having a disatrous notes app / notebook with me is a must tbd on whether i do anything with them

be mobile!

put some gloves on and ride an e-bike around town/over a bridge get a coffee and read at a cute hotel lobby take yourself to the movie theatre or to dinner :)))
