i went to the met alone a few days ago and it was so wonderful. not having anyone with me allows me the luxury of spending as long as i want in an exhibit or at an artwork. no rushing from my impatient family or fear of inconveniencing them by spending 5 minutes at one painting. it was just me and my music, so peaceful. iām definitely doing it again.
